We guarantee all of our models if you receive one that is broken please notify us within 10-days. We'll gladly Exchange your Item or issue a full Refund, less original Shipping & Handling charges. Returns sent to us COD or Freight Collect will not be accepted. We will not exchange for a different model. Please contact us to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Any Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
